Ulster Sailing School
Ulster Sailing School is Northern Ireland’s first and premier sailing school. With friendly and experienced instructors and skippers offering an extensive wealth of knowledge. Allowing everyone to enjoy their time onboard and learn as much as possible, in a comfortable and safe environment.
Choose from a full range of R.Y.A. courses to suit most peoples needs, including 'Sail Cruising' courses, 'Keel-Boat' courses, 'Seamanship & Navigation Theory' courses or even an R.Y.A. specialised short course such as the 'VHF Radio Course.'
We are situated in the excellent location of Carrickfergus. This sets us apart from many other sailing schools, as it broadens our cruising area dramatically. Giving us a vast array of picturesque coastal areas around Northern Ireland, Scotland, The Isle of Man ,England and Wales to choose from.
Whether just mooring off the Copeland islands for lunch, enjoying the views and wildlife of the tranquil Strangford Lough, or taking in the sights of the Antrim coast line and Rathlin Island.
